This is captain Acheron Zeal, a wonderfull character of
 I very much enjoy her works and have been watching her for quite some time, so I really enjoyed drawing one of her chars from her most excellent book: The Voyage to Ruin (go buy it!)I spend most of my time working on this in the garden haha, it's so hot here! I need to give you some info on the details: I gave him a gun... hope that's ok haha... it's an 18th century English double barrel revolving flintlock. For the ship I got inspired by the cover of Marine Art of Geoff Hunt. After looking some time at this cover I was able to try out the photoshop brushes like used there, a bit paint style...
