This is for :iconhistoryknightls: Epic Hat Contest!!! It's a lazy pic tough cause I just took a photo of meself and traced it completely and only added the stuff on the hat... Still one of my best dandy outfits, the jacket is so :heart: even tough it's quite old. But the top hat I don't wear outside. It makes it all too much of a costume and, to speak in the words of Brummell: 'To be really elegant you must not be noticed.'
Anyway, since it's all just a traced photograph it needed a bit more so I added the zeppelin, the air balloon and the train. What is it with me and portraits when I am melancholic? *sigh*
It was an age of new things but lately stuff only seems to come to an end here...

oh well, you said this is "just" a traced photo with some stuff added but damn it ROCKS O_O !! the golden border is truly amazing and the little details of the vehicles too ! but the mst epic is your hat, of course... dandy hat, pocket watches and mucha-like stuff, this is just... so you ;) 'cause even if things must come to an end, they pass in an "artistic" dimension thanks to people like you !! :heart:

PS : omg, I just finished your birthday pic !! (started FOUR BLOODY MONTHS AGO, aaaaaaaargh !!!) I'll can submit it for the true date, muahahaha XD

Heh, love it! I just got myself a waistcoat that very same colour and can't wait for it to arrive! It reminds me of one of those old posters advertising travel for wealthy English genlefolk, doing the Willy Fogg thing :D Love the colours, it's very dynamic!
